If you wish to make a booking, please telephone us on 01483 236144.

 

We will give you any further information you require, and if you wish to book, will get details from you of any experience of riding which you have, so that we can suggest a suitable day and time for your first lesson. Alternatively, you may wish to arrange to come along and watch a lesson in progress, so as to get an idea as to what is involved.

 

When you come for your lesson, please arrive ten minutes early so as to get your hat and other equipment organised. We can then operate as punctually as possible. Before your first lesson, you will be asked to complete a client registration form. You can obtain this when you come for your lesson, or alternatively, download it here, and bring it along completed.

 

Payment is made by cash or cheque (with banker's card) at the time of your ride. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. For all bookings 24 hours' notice of cancellation is required, regardless of the reason; otherwise the ride will be charged for.

 

If, when you have had a few rides, you decide that you wish to continue on a regular basis, either weekly or fortnightly, we have a regular bookings system, which you may join. You will then be assured of your ride each week or fortnight. Please note that one week's notice is required to change a regular booking so that the space can be allocated to someone else.

 

There is normally no prepayment system for riding lessons, although vouchers may be purchased, for example for Christmas or Birthday presents.
